  1. Broccoli: This green vegetable might help you prevent certain types of cancer thanks to a variety of phytochemicals. It also contains vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, and fiber, which can help you manage your weight, boost your immune system, and build strong bones. For best results, eat as close to raw as possible.
  2. Sweet potatoes: Dark orange vegetables like sweet potatoes and carrots contain a multitude of carotenoids that may help prevent cancer. Eating sweet potatoes can also help you load up on fiber, copper, and a variety of essential vitamins.
